Your key responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth through direct sales and strategic customer portfolio management in the Personal Care & Home Care industry
- Manage pricing decisions, conduct customer visits, and ensure accurate reporting to support business development
- Identify and acquire new customers by region and application, driving market expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support market entry and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Actively manage sales activities, including customer visits, quotations, pricing, and CRM maintenance within the assigned market segment
- Develop strategic annual plans in collaboration with the Business Line Manager and monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and expanding existing relationships through regular contact
- Coordinate demand planning with internal teams and manage travel arrangements independently for customer interactions
- Achieve strong operational results and margin contribution through profitable customer management, ensuring high customer satisfaction and portfolio quality

Your profile
- Commercial education (e.g. business administration, sales, marketing) or a technical / chemical background — a combination is highly desirable
- Personal Care & Home Care market and product knowledge
- Sales experience in the field
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Dutch, Fluency in French is an advantage.
- High level of customer service
- High degree of self-motivation and structured working style
