As a product manager, you are a strategic purchaser and understand the business of your supplier, your product and its areas of application. You make your knowledge available to the sales team and thus lay the foundations for successful sales.

Your knowledge of the product, the market and the potential of your customer are the guarantors for your sales success as a sales manager. They present our company to the customer and the advantages TER Chemicals can offer them.

In Key Account Management you are the central and cross-product contact for our largest customers.

In Key Supplier Management you look after the counterpart, our most important suppliers. You negotiate, prepare offers and coordinate the internal departments, e.g. Logistics, sales and product management.

In the Customer Service area, you take on customer support and are responsible for the smooth flow of goods to the customer. You are responsible for order entry and processing in our SAP system, as well as monitoring delivery dates.

As part of our supplier service, you are responsible for the operational purchasing of our products and take over inventory planning and purchasing processing in our SAP system.

As an employer of our service units, you are an internal sparring partner for purchasing and sales and support them in all accompanying processes, from logistics to IT, marketing, human resources, finance / controlling, office / facility management, QM and compliance, and ensure this that day-to-day business runs smoothly.
