Your key responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth by managing and expanding a customer portfolio in the Food & Animal Nutrition industry in the BeNeLux region
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships
- Lead pricing, quotation processes, and contract negotiations
- Plan and conduct regular customer visits and manage all activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support market development and new product introductions
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape strategic actions
- Develop and execute annual sales plans together with the Business Line Manager
- Achieve strong operational results and margin contribution through profitable customer management, ensuring high customer satisfaction and portfolio quality

Your profile
- A commercial or technical background (e.g. business, sales, chemistry) - ideally combining both perspectives
- Experience in sales, preferably within the Food and/or Animal Nutrition industry
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus
- Highly self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- A collaborative team player with an international outlook
